Barrier-free washrooms will serve the space.
The space is served by four-100 amp rated breaker panels, perimeter walls will have required electrical outlets and lighting will be switched at entrances. MTS is providing services and communications serviced by Wesman Cable to the building.
All telecommunication options are available based on tenant requirements
Rental Rate: $15.00 sq ft per annum absolute net to landlord and based on retail sq ft being leased by the tenant
Additional Rent: $4.00 sq ft per annum, to include common area maint, snow removal, waste removal, site supervisor, water and property taxes.
